What is Bangor YMCA?

A question often asked - although part of a worldwide family operating in some 120 countries each YMCA is a local initiative.

Bangor YMCA is an autonomous, voluntary Association. At its centre are local people from different traditions working together in social action.

BANGOR YMCA's Vision

We envision a community where young people can reach their full physical, mental and spiritual potential, a community where adults support young people and all young people are accepted as equal citizens.

Mission Statement

At BANGOR YMCA our mission is to demonstrate Christian love and values to all young people of the Borough.
